If you’d prefer to invest for the long term in your personal or professional self-discovery (or both!) for a year, then this tailored, and bespoke coaching package will help you to holistically review all aspects of your life. After all, you may have a thriving career but perhaps your personal life has been neglected, or perhaps your personal life is fantastic, but you feel unfulfilled professionally? Each part of our lives co-exists and will impact or change the other.
Within this package, you can either choose to work to an action plan and goals, or you can use the coaching sessions as a space for self-discovery, ‘me time’, a chance to escape the rat race and to work with what naturally emerges for each session.
This package would be a great option if you want to feel more balanced, renewed, refreshed, revitalised and able to thrive not just survive!
Annual Executive Coaching for London’s Senior Directors
For those holding high-stakes roles in the City, having a dedicated executive coach in London for a full year provides the consistent ‘thinking space’ required to navigate quarterly pressures, annual board reviews, and long-term organisational change.
TIME FRAME: 24 Sessions / 1 Year
THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- An optional 15-minute Coaching Discovery Call to understand what you’re experiencing and how coaching can support you to feel empowered again
- A coaching welcome pack.
- A Coaching questionnaire to support you to start thinking about your goals, challenges, achievements and what you would like to explore within the coaching journey
- 24 face-to-face or online fortnightly sessions taken across 1 year
- A holistic review and discussion of all areas of your life and career.
- An optional and co-created coaching power plan of action discussion within the first package session tailored to help you plan for your short-term and long-term goals, actions and needs
- Alternatively, you may like to take a more natural approach with what you bring to the sessions
- Coaching questions or tools to support you to consider situations and options
- Motivation, insight, coaching support and a tailored and bespoke approach focusing on your needs.
- Once a week touch-base email contact check-in (this is not compulsory but is optional)
- 3 optional SOS 15-minute calls to be organised at a pre-arranged time
- An optional review halfway through the package within a package session
- A two-month rollover-ending period for any remaining sessions which need to be taken beyond the 1-year time frame (this accounts for holidays and cancelled / rescheduled appointments etc)
